These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and RBOS Fitment Company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all services, projects, consultations, and interactions with RBOS Fitment Company.

By engaging our services in any form — including submitting an enquiry, signing a work order, making a payment, or verbally confirming a project — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

RBOS Fitment Company provides professional industrial fitment and related services. Our core offerings include, but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. All services are subject to availability and resource allocation at our sole discretion.

All quotations provided by RBOS Fitment Company are subject to the following conditions:

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted by the client in writing and an advance payment is received.
• RBOS Fitment Company reserves the right to revise a quotation if the client's project scope, requirements, or site conditions change after the initial assessment.
• Any verbal agreements, promises, or representations made by our representatives are not binding unless confirmed in a written project agreement.
• The project agreement, once signed by both parties, is the sole binding document governing the scope of work, timelines, and costs.
• Additions or changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing and will be subject to a revised quotation and separate billing.

All financial transactions with RBOS Fitment Company are governed by the following terms:

• An advance payment as specified in the project agreement is required before commencement of any work.
• Payments must be made as per the milestone schedule outlined in the project agreement.
• All invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delayed payments will attract an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
• RBOS Fitment Company reserves the right to suspend or halt project work if payment milestones are not met.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payments made are strictly non-refundable as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To ensure successful project execution, the client agrees to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding project requirements, site conditions, and access arrangements.
• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the project site on the agreed dates and times.
• Obtain and maintain all necessary permissions, approvals, licenses, and permits required for the project.
• Designate a responsible point of contact who has authority to make decisions on behalf of the client organization.
• Promptly review and approve project deliverables, drawings, and specifications when presented for sign-off.
• Ensure the project site meets basic safety requirements before our team commences work.
• Inform RBOS Fitment Company immediately of any site changes, hazards, or circumstances that may affect project execution.
• Make payments strictly as per the agreed schedule without delay.

RBOS Fitment Company commits to executing all projects with professional diligence, quality workmanship, and adherence to agreed timelines. The following conditions apply:

• Project timelines are estimated based on information available at the time of quotation. Delays caused by unforeseen site conditions, weather, third-party dependencies, or client-side factors are not the responsibility of RBOS Fitment Company.
• RBOS Fitment Company reserves the right to subcontract portions of the work to qualified and vetted sub-contractors while maintaining overall responsibility for quality.
• All work will be carried out in accordance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and the specifications agreed upon in the project agreement.
• RBOS Fitment Company will not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Project completion is defined as the date on which RBOS Fitment Company informs the client that the agreed scope of work has been fulfilled, irrespective of minor punch-list items.

All intellectual property related to RBOS Fitment Company's operations, methods, designs, and processes is protected under applicable laws.

• All drawings, designs, project plans, technical documents, and methodologies prepared by RBOS Fitment Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for the purpose for which they were created.
• The client may not reproduce, share, sell, or use RBOS Fitment Company's proprietary information, designs, or methods for any other purpose without prior written consent.
• All content on the RBOS Fitment Company website — including text, logos, graphics, and images — is the property of RBOS Fitment Company and may not be copied or used without permission.

RBOS Fitment Company's liability in connection with any project or service shall be limited as follows:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or project giving rise to the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption.
• We are not liable for damage to property, equipment, or structures that arises from inaccurate information, restricted access, or hidden site conditions not disclosed by the client.
• Our liability for defective workmanship is limited to rectification of the specific defect reported within the warranty period and does not extend to any consequential losses.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the course of a project engagement.

• RBOS Fitment Company will not disclose client project details, business information, or site data to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
• The client agrees not to disclose RBOS Fitment Company's proprietary methods, pricing structures, technical processes, or business information to any competitor or unauthorized party.
• Confidentiality obligations survive the termination or completion of any project agreement for a period of 3 years.
• RBOS Fitment Company may reference completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing.

RBOS Fitment Company provides the following limited warranty on completed work:

• Workmanship warranty of 90 days from project completion date, covering defects directly attributable to our installation or fitment work.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, negligence, or third-party interference after project handover.
• Material warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective material manufacturers and are not the direct responsibility of RBOS Fitment Company.
• RBOS Fitment Company disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is explicitly stated in the project agreement.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any project agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
• Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum period of 30 days.
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.
• The language of arbitration and all legal proceedings shall be English.

RBOS Fitment Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Continued use of our website or services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• It is the client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
• For active projects, the Terms in effect at the time of project agreement signing will continue to apply unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
